I create individualized strength training programs, personalized nutrition plans, and offer group and private yoga instruction. I will work with you to help you achieve your strength/muscle building, mobility/flexibility, and nutritional/weight loss goals, and (most importantly) to move in a more functional way.

I am here to help you step into your power, regardless of age, location, or current physical fitness level.
